Ursuline Edwards-Sutton - Leading Consultant

I am a Marketing/Management Science graduate with 20 years practical marketing and sales experience (including 10 years management experience) in client and agency environments. I am a trained Image Consultant and study and practice NLP. For the past five years I have worked as a consultant in the UK, Europe and India and I am justifiably proud of the Modus Operandi brand.

My particular areas of expertise are in marketing, sales and corporate image. I will rise to any challenge and particularly enjoys trouble shooting and cross functional project management. As a commercially driven professional I believe I have an unrivalled passion for my work (see client Testimonials). I am particularly motivated by new challenges and work with clients to maximise their business performance. Paulette Teksir - Associate

Paulette has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and for the last 5 years has been running her own consultancy. Equally successful in her own right Paulette has an eminent list of clients in the UK and has also consulted in Europe and the Middle East. She specialises in:

• Sales training

• Revenue Management

• Brand Standards, process and procedures

As a consummate professional Paulette is never phased and has a relaxed and open style that endears her to all she meets. Determined but flexible, conscientious and fun loving. It has been a joy to work with Paulette and I look forward to many more years of association and success.


Gail Morgan - Associate

Gail worked in retail management for well known high street brands before deciding to retrain as an Image Consultant in 1991. Gail specialises in retail and has several corporate clients throughout the UK. She has been a consultant trainer for Nu Skin UK since 1997 and consultant Fashion Adviser with three branches off the John Lewis Partnership since 2000. Gail has extensive corporate experience and trains new entrants to the industry in the UK and Europe. I am delighted that Gail has agreed to be an Associate to Modus Operandi and I know that this will be the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship for us both.



Ylva French - Associate

Ylva French is a strategic communications consultant operating mainly in the area of tourism, heritage, museums and the arts. In addition to her work within those sectors she also develops and manages sponsorship opportunities for commercial clients. She runs the ‘Campaign for Museums’, a registered charity. Ylva's experience spans the not for profit and commercial sectors; she is originally Swedish, has experience of working in the Far East, and is based in Central London. I first worked with Ylva during my corporate years with Hilton U.K. & Ireland and over the years we have developed a valued friendship. I have always admired Ylva’s expertise and I look forward to collaborating on various projects.
